Arezou Amin was born and raised near Toronto, though she’s also lived in Tehran, Madrid, Geneva, and Los Angeles.

She has a BA from the University of Toronto in English Literature, and an MA from the University of Geneva in Specialized Translation. Arezou is also a graduate of the Second City Training Center’s sketch writing program, and has a certificate in Producing from UCLA’s Professional Program. 

She’s worn many hats, from after-school teaching, to Disney cast member to on-set production assistant. Her work appears in Collider, Star Wars Insider, and The Geeky Waffle, which she co-runs. She also writes for the preschool web series Lili & Lola.

In her free time, she takes recreational ballet classes, plans her next adventure, and plots how to squeeze yet another bookshelf into her office.
